New Sports and Recreation Complex in Zhezkazgan TANSU Construction has completed the construction of a modern sports and recreation complex in the city of Zhezkazgan, commissioned by the city akimat.
The complex is equipped with infrastructure that meets the highest standards and has a capacity of 320 spectator seats. The total cost of the project amounted to 8 billion tenge.
Technical Specifications: · Site area: 4,702.2 m² · Total building area: 7,996.9 m² · Multipurpose sports hall with stands: 1,519.77 m² · Swimming pool: 477.54 m² · Rhythmic gymnastics hall: 350.8 m² · Wrestling hall: 387 m² · Boxing hall: 241.66 m² A 25-meter pool has been opened in the city for the first time, serving as a venue for training, competitions, and active recreation for residents. This project employs the latest gas turbine technology from Siemens (Sweden) and is crucial for ensuring energy security in the Ulytau Region and the overall energy infrastructure of Kazakhstan. Start of Construction of a Sports and Recreation Complex in StepnogorskOn March 5, 2025, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Stepnogorsk, Akmola Region, marking the start of construction of a new sports and recreation complex (SRC).
The project is being implemented with funding from Altynalmas company, with the support of the Group’s shareholders and Chairman of the Board of Directors Vladimir Dzhumanbayev, in partnership with the Akimat of Akmola Region.
