CONDUCTING AN EXAMINATION
We provide legal support on the issues of paperwork in the field of construction. We will analyze the progress and result of construction in order to determine the operational condition of the facility, identify defects and violations at any stage of construction work.

- To determine the compliance of the quality of the work performed according to accepted standards and project contracts

- Topographic survey
- Geology (engineering and geological survey work)
- Technical conditions: power supply, water supply and sewerage
- Obtaining an APT (architectural and planning task)
- Development of a preliminary and working draft
- Approval of the draft design in the state body
- Examination of the working draft
- Contract with the author's supervision from the project company
- Contract with technical supervision
- Submission for notification of the start of construction and installation works through the state portal
- The act of commissioning
