Development of design documentation

Tansu Construction conducts the development of design documentation in full, complying with all requirements and regulations to obtain a positive conclusion of the state expertise. Building information modeling is carried out in LOD 300 detail. Careful study of all stages of the project development guarantees the complete absence of intersections between structures and engineering systems, as well as between the engineering systems themselves. Graphic and text elements have a standard design (they easily pass examination) and are supplemented with axonometric diagrams for their better presentation on paper.​



Development of working documentation

Working documentation is text and graphic elements designed to implement the adopted design decisions. BIM design is carried out in LOD 400 detail, which maximizes the appearance of the future object. The drawings are complemented by axonometric diagrams of the main components and systems, which allows the contractor to get a general idea. Detailed specifications of equipment, components and materials, as well as estimates are included.

At the request of the Customer, the optimization of the construction progress and the consumable part is carried out through visualization of the construction schedule of the object in 4D and 5D format.



General plan

General plan is a large—scale graphical representation of a projected object, structure or complex of structures with a conditional designation of entrances/exits, entrances, elements of landscaping and landscaping in the adjacent territory, as well as transport routes.

The company's specialists calculate the data on the site, if necessary, carry out a basic local calculation for the proper placement of the building on the site. Tansu company performs detailed master plan development to quickly import a building model from BIM and get a holistic view of the facility.



Architectural concept

An architectural concept (architectural and urban planning solution / appearance) is necessary to obtain a positive expert opinion confirming that the future object does not contradict the surrounding architectural ensemble and fits into the overall building.

Tansu develops concepts of maximum detail, creating several elaborated options so that the Customer and representatives of the committee can choose the best one. We also prepare realistic photo and video visualizations of the object for presentation to investors and other interested parties.



Architectural solutions

Architectural solutions are always aesthetically expressive facades and high—quality, thoughtful layouts with minimal loss of useful space. Solutions are developed in BIM in parallel with other sections of the project, which allows not only to avoid mistakes, but also significantly speed up the design process as a whole.

Architects select high-quality planning solutions for your project, ensuring a minimum corridor coefficient, perform a detailed calculation, check compliance with all standards and the absence of collisions.



Author's supervision

The author's supervision service is designed to monitor the contractor's execution of the developed design solutions. Constant monitoring and inspections correct the actions of builders, help to avoid mistakes in the construction of structures or installation of equipment, as well as optimize the cost of work and materials.

We help builders to work properly using BIM, 4D and 5D technologies. If necessary, we resort to laser scanning of buildings and comparative analysis of the constructed object with a BIM model.



Construction estimates

Construction estimates are accurate estimates based on BIM models. We use specialized software to build a detailed estimate model that takes into account the budget and the time factor. We provide the customer with several options for estimated calculations: economy, basic and premium.

We develop preliminary estimates at the stage of the architectural concept of the structure in order to assess potential investments in the future project.



Engineering networks and equipment

We design and install all engineering systems and communications. We select the optimal equipment based on consumption calculations, according to regulatory indicators. BIM design allows you to avoid intersections (collisions) of networks with structures and coordinate them with each other. We have established a well-established system of interaction between departments and use a single server to track the latest changes in the project.

Development of Feasibility Studies (FS)

The development of preliminary and detailed feasibility studies (FS) is essential for assessing the economic viability and efficiency of a project. This process involves a comprehensive analysis of risks, investment attractiveness, and potential optimization of both capital and operational costs.

To evaluate investment attractiveness and assess economic efficiency, we utilize specialized software called "Alt-Invest." This tool allows for detailed financial analysis, modeling of various project development scenarios, and the generation of well-founded recommendations for investment decisions. This approach improves forecast accuracy and minimizes risks during the project implementation phase.

Technological Project Development

Thermal Balance Modeling.


Design is conducted using modern computer-aided design (CAD) systems, with calculations carried out through specialized software that ensures high accuracy in thermal and process calculations. Models are utilized to explore multiple variants and optimize heat power plant configurations of varying complexities.


The design process includes detailed thermal balance modeling, which takes into account the composition and parameters of the fuel, the characteristics of the thermal scheme, and the equipment used.


Special emphasis is placed on integrating gas turbine units to ensure optimal operating conditions within combined cycle power plants. Additionally, comprehensive after-treatment of flue gases from thermal power plants is implemented, which includes: - Filtration of solid particles - Flue gas desulfurization (DeSOx) - Nitrogen oxide removal (DeNOx) through various systems, including: - Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) - Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)
