1. General Provisions

This personal data processing policy, in accordance with the Law "On Personal Data" of the Republic of Kazakhstan, establishes the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data implemented by Tansu Construction LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

2.8. Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://tnsu.kz/.
2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://tnsu.kz/.
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.
2.11. Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited circle of persons, including public disclosure in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.

3. Personal Data Processed by the Operator

3.1. Surname, first name, patronymic;
3.2. Email address;
3.3. Phone numbers;
3.4. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookies) using internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, etc.).
3.5. The above data is collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.

4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

4.1. The purpose of processing User's personal data is to provide User notifications via email.
4.2. The Operator is also entitled to send notifications about new products, services, special offers, and events to the User. 7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

7.1. Before the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator ensures that the foreign state provides reliable protection of personal data subjects' rights.
7.2. Cross-border transfer to foreign states not meeting these requirements is allowed only with the personal data subject's written consent or if it fulfills a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8.2. This document reflects changes in the Operator's personal data processing policy and remains effective until replaced by a new version.
